Can I get a B12 or NAD+ shot at home?
Yes. Dr. Espinet gives wellness shots at your home, office or event, including Revital B12, Lean Ease Lipo-C (a lipotropic blend) and NAD Boost (NAD+). Each shot is $30, or 4 for $80. If you think your B12 may be low, a blood test is a sensible first step, and she will tell you honestly whether a shot is likely to help.
